Location & Access
The wood can be found approximately 1/4 mile down a tarmac track to the southern side of the A4 Pewsham Way, between the Webbington Road & Canal Road roundabouts. It is advisable to park in the widened area just before the first cattle grid. The wood is 150 yards south of the Sustrans route from Chippenham to Lacock.
Access open for pedestrians at all times. Access & parking for vehicles restricted, gate may be locked; not advisable to park beyond 1st cattle grid. Regrettably, due to the terrain, access for those with mobility restrictions is very limited and there is no access for wheelchairs other than along the tarmac track.
